1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, downloading our applications, or utilizing any services provided by Nanoologi Ltd. ("Nanoologi", "we", "us", "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Product-Specific Terms & Safety Disclaimers

Nanoologi develops distinct consumer and enterprise technology applications (including SeatBell, PulseAI, and Brizze). Certain products involve specialized operational conditions or physical activity:

• Brizze (Wind & Kite Forecast): Integrates meteorological models and live telemetry from third-party providers including Open-Meteo, Holfuy, Windguru, Windy.app, and IMS. Water sports and outdoor activities involve inherent risks of injury, drowning, and death. Data is provided for informal recreational planning only and must never be relied upon for maritime navigation or life safety. Refer to the Brizze Terms of Use for specialized clauses and risk assumptions.
• SeatBell: Child presence and vehicular safety monitoring. Designed as a secondary reminder system and not a substitute for active adult care and vehicle inspection. Refer to the SeatBell Terms of Use.

3. Third-Party Data Providers & External Feeds

Our products aggregate data, telemetry, and computational models from third-party services (such as meteorological providers Open-Meteo, Holfuy, Windguru, Windy.app, map engines, and telemetry sensors). We do not warrant the timeliness, completeness, or accuracy of any third-party data feed. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

All services and software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, in no event shall Nanoologi Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including personal injury, loss of property, or rescue costs arising out of your use or inability to use our products. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nanoologi Ltd. against any claims or losses arising from your breach of these terms or your reliance on services provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, user interfaces, branding, visual designs, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Nanoologi Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property statutes.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
