At Nanoologi Ltd., we design our technology products with a privacy-first ethos. We collect only the minimal data strictly required to deliver our software capabilities, we never sell your personal data to advertisers or brokers, and we enforce strict access boundaries.

2. Product-Specific Policies

Different products in our portfolio operate under tailored privacy protections:

• Brizze (Wind & Kite Forecast): Can be used completely anonymously without creating an account. Does not track your device's physical GPS location. Interacts with third-party meteorological and telemetry providers (including Open-Meteo, Holfuy, Windguru, Windy.app, and IMS) using pre-configured spot coordinates or public station identifiers without transmitting your personal profile. • SeatBell: Collects proximity telemetry via Bluetooth strictly for vehicle child safety. Does not store continuous location history. See the SeatBell Privacy Policy.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on your usage, we may process:

• Account Profile: Name and email address when you choose to register or authenticate via Google or Apple;
• In-App Preferences: Display themes, languages, unit systems, and saved spot favorites;
• Notification Tokens: Device push tokens (FCM/APNs) when you opt-in to receive critical alerts;
• Diagnostics & Crash Logs: Pseudonymous device metrics (OS, device model, stack traces) via Google Firebase Crashlytics to resolve errors.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted industry providers under strict confidentiality agreements:

• Google Cloud & Firebase: Authentication, cloud database (Firestore), push messaging (FCM), and diagnostics;
• Meteorological Networks: Open-Meteo GmbH (forecast models), Holfuy Kft. (station telemetry), Windguru, Windy.app;
• Payment & Entitlements: RevenueCat, Inc., Apple App Store, and Google Play Store for in-app subscription processing.

5. Data Retention & Your Legal Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, port, or request the permanent deletion of your data. You may request account deletion at any time within our applications or by contacting us. We process verified requests within 30 days.
